specializes in Built-Up, Modified Bitumen and Single Ply roof systems. All systems have proven superior in this area. All jobs are performed using our own manpower and HEC does not subcontract any roofing to other
contractors. This enables HEC to have total control of its projects and maintain professional standards and guidelines.Sheet Metal work, a vital part of any roof system is performed by Hipwell Sheet Metal, a company
also owned and operated by the Edwards' family since 1954. As a result of an outstanding safety record, HEC provides a full range of insurance coverage including Worker's Compensation for all employees. Our insurance
company carries an A.M. Best rating of A+ XV. This provides our customers with security and financial stability in case of unforeseen circumstances. HEC is also able to provide a full range of bid and performance bonds.
HEC is a licensed applicator, able to provide a 5, 10, 15 or 20 Year No-Dollar-Limit Warranty (NDL) from the following manufacturers:
